I know someone that gets walmart deliveries regularly and they are often not good at all.  Regular items such as eggs and milk they claim they don't have.  I don't really believe this and I bet if you went in the store that same day, they would have them!  Also, they often are very, very late on the orders.  I told this person to try aldi instead.  We have much better luck with them.  Are they perfect?  No.  But they seem to be much better on the whole.

Walmart+ has been great for me. Only issue I've had was a cheap ($1) bottle of their Great Value ginger ale didn't get delivered, but I was still billed for it. I noted it, and they refunded the money and even called me the next day to be sure I was happy.

I live in a secure building, so I tend to meet them in the parking lot to get the order. And it works out fine. Their tracking is often a bit off with the order arriving sooner than it shows, but otherwise, it's been fine.

There are probably ten Walmarts within an hour or so drive of me, and sometimes the delivery will come from one further away. I'm guessing they use whichever store has the most of the items in stock at the time you place the order.

Walmart delivery in my town is the worst.

I can't tell you how many times a week there is a post on the town facebook page asking if any one knows so and so, they got their delivery or if any one knows where a certain house is because that's where their package was left.

Did they mix up your order with someone else's? Did you let customer service know so they can credit you? They don't let us return food items but if there's a mistake or a problem, they will credit the charge. I shop online for groceries at Walmart a lot. They arrive so quickly!

I got a small grocery delivery this afternoon.   The skipped my milk and apparently didn't have an egg in the store.

I've always avoided presentations on QVC for bone broth.  It sounds revolting.   So guess what I got?  Two BIG  bottle about a quarter each of bone broth.

I left it outside hoping someone will steal it.

@Kachina624 It's just broth made with the bones included.  If you make home made broth, you put the bones in.  And that's the broth that gels.  And it is better for you.  Especially for old folks!  Woman LOLWoman Very HappyWoman Wink

@Sooner.  They need to give it a more appealing name.

had a Walmart+ membership for a year. Didn't renew. I was amazed at how inaccurate my grocery orders were. Grocery shopping w/delivery is supposed to make life more convenient. Not create a new hassle.

Gosh, I guess I should thank my lucky stars for my Walmart!

I do Buy Now (delivered in a day or so) and curbside pickup every single week.  Typical wait time is less than 5 mins.  I always choose early evening when they are less busy.

I'm Wally +

I have barely had 2 issues in 2 years.

Many times I don't like something/doesn't fit, go online to do a return....and have been credited immediately NO return!

Online 'Chat' is a piece of cake.

Have zero complaints and I order every week.
