I haven't received my vacuum yet, has anyone else not gotten theirs. I called CS and no information when it will be delivered.

I got mine pretty fast. However, the red light comes on when I try to vacuum my family room carpet. I'm so angry. The instructions say to stop vacuuming and let it rest whem the red light comes on. So in other words I can't use it.
But I can't return it either as the box is long gone.
I'm upset.

I have a couple versions of this vacuum model, including the current one. The only time my red light comes on is when the vacuum gets clogged, like if I'm doing a throw rug and it bunches up and gets s*cked into the rollers. Then I have to turn it off and turn it back on again and it's fine. I have no problem on carpeting.
Have you tried vacuuming your carpet on the hard floor setting instead of the carpet setting?
I'd contact customer service about sending it back without the original box if it's defective.

No. No information on it. Hopefully after calling it will go into shipping. So disappointed in QVC. Says it's still in process like the order I placed early this morning. I did try to change the color of what I got this morning 3 hours after I bought it and CS said I couldn't change the color. Don't remember not being able to do this years ago. I told her I would just send it back.

Thank you for telling me that! It is supposed to auto detect the surface. I don't know if it isn't doing that or what. I did read on the Amazon reviews for it that people were having this problem with this model. Maybe that's why it is no longer available.

V87621 The model is HZ4000. Just called CS again and it was sent to Corporate to find out what the problem is but so far nothing. Wondering if I should just cancel. Said the warehouse in CA has a problem. I'm not far from them so wonder why nothing.

@10000thnickname You could take your vacuum to UPS and they will box it up and send it out. Just go to your order and start for a return. Follow the prompts and choose UPS for return. You can print a label or get a Qcode for scanning.
