I have WM+ but when I choose the 'delivery' option on the checkout page there is a tip automatically calculated into my total charges. So yes, there are tips for WM+ deliveries. If you order $35+ then you have the option to remove the tip.

@SilleeMee ,

No there are tips if you just have Walmart+ but if you add "InHome" to Walmart plus there are no tips. It cost me $50 for Walmart+ (from their often 1/2 off promotion) and $40 to add "InHome." This is the cost for a year.

I understand that some areas do not have InHome. Maybe because they don't have enough employees.

With INHome (plus Walmart+) they use Walmart employees and they will bring it to your kitchen or wherever you want.

They will even help you put it away.

Please remember if your service was good (tipping to insure to be prompt and correct they deserve a tip). We are sitting home while they work their gig job and pay their own transportation and gas.  They deserve at least 10 percent.  These will be the only jobs left soon.  Thank you for remembering them.

They need food  for  the table for their families too.  I usualy give 15%

@Pink123,

I agree and always overtip when tips are expected but Walmart set up this InHome service at cost to customers so there is no tipping, because they are Walmart employees and paid.

With Walmart+ alone they use 3rd party contracters who are not paid by Walmart.

Ok @on the bay  thanks but then whomever that third party is should pony up.

These gig jobs pay hardly anything and it is terrifying indeed.  Thanks.

I am the happiest person in the planet to not have to drive over, park, then root around in the store for the better part of an hour, stand in line and schlep the goods out to the parking lot and stash in the car, keeping watch for criminals and panhandlers.

Walmart has been very good delivery here.  No big problems.  I do prefer however the in-home where it comes in a Walmart truck  with a Walmart employee drivingl

Target has also been very very good and super super fast too!  And you can tell the person "No bananas unless they have a little green on them" "no produce that expires in less than 4 days" etc.  Great!  Fast!  Careful!

Costco is great too, no problems with them.  I tip very will, more if my order is really small and they need to make enough to be worth their while.

It is a great blessing not to have to grocery shop!  I am thankful for it and for the people working for a living.

I got a small grocery delivery this afternoon.   The skipped my milk and apparently didn't have an egg in the store.

I've always avoided presentations on QVC for bone broth.  It sounds revolting.   So guess what I got?  Two BIG  bottle about a quarter each of bone broth.

I left it outside hoping someone will steal it.

@Kachina624 It's just broth made with the bones included.  If you make home made broth, you put the bones in.  And that's the broth that gels.  And it is better for you.  Especially for old folks!  Woman LOLWoman Very HappyWoman Wink
