Love bone broth, Zoup chicken is my favorite. What kind did you get @Kachina624 ? I had an odd delivery yesterday morning from Walmart, it was returned to the store by the driver & I have no idea why, it's never happened before. The order was sent out again & delivered after 8pm.

I was watching a girl do this in store on Sunday and I thought to myself how easy it would be to place something in the wrong box. She didn't seem to be paying much attention to what she was doing even though she was scanning up a storm.

She caught my attention because it's what we do in the pharmacy, but there is a pharmacist checking to make sure we did it correctly before it goes to the customer.

Sounds like they need a checkout person of their own to make sure everything made it into the right box before it goes to you. That affects the delivery people's tips I am sure and they probably had nothing to do with it.

My hubby is a stickler for buying his own groceries, he would have to be disabled to let someone pick out his groceries, most of the time he doesnt even me wanting to do it, doesnt trust me to buy meats or produce. He is 75 and I am very lucky he can easily do this himself. He is in Wegmans twice a week.

I do curbside pickup b/c I want to see the items I ordered get loaded into my car. Only a couple of times have I seen something loaded that I didn't order and I immediately called it to their attention. Another time they loaded some cracked eggs so I had them removed. Overall it's been good. I only live a mile away from the store and my car needs the 'exercise'.

Re: Walmart Delivery

It is a great service especially for people who are disabled or sick or recovering from surgery.

There is no tipping with Walmart plus and "Home." because they use their own employees, not a 3rd party.

I like to go myself because I don't mind going to the store but I have really appreciated it the times I couldn't.

The things I don't like is the 4 hour window for delivery and also it takes me so long to choose things online! I start reading everything. You know ingredients and reviews and things. By the time I get through it seems like a day later lol!

I"ve had some great packers and delivery people and other times, there always seemed to be something missing that was out of stock but in stock when I ordered it online. I don't know why that happens.

I have WM+ but when I choose the 'delivery' option on the checkout page there is a tip automatically calculated into my total charges. So yes, there are tips for WM+ deliveries. If you order $35+ then you have the option to remove the tip.

Inexperience:    Nobody knows nothin'...they make it up as they go.   di

PS:   Yesterday, it worked in my favor.   I found a pair of Nine West® denim shorts.  It was NOT a sale item...but the price tag said $4.    The check-out lady didn't even blink...

@SilleeMee Even though tips are automatically included with Walmart + delivery orders, you do have the option to change the amount before placing your order.
