Today I received a letter from QVC apologizing for canceling an exchange order.  I noticed a credit on my statement for 6.95 and realized it was from an order I had wanted an exchange on back in August.  The letter also tells me that I will receive a $10 credit on my next order.  I am impressed.  WAY TO GO QVC😄😄😄

same thing happened to me but im sorry..... too little too late. It's November!

I received the same letter last week. It was from a top that I'd wanted to exchange for a different color and they thought I canceled it. I think it was during the time that they'd begun that free exchange for color or size item and lots of ppl (including us) had trouble with them doing a cancel rather than the exchange we requested.

QVC CS does a great job and oftentimes does the clean up for other department's mess ups.

I received the letter with the $10 credit too for the same reason.

I noticed the credit while I was making a purchase earlier in the week even before the letter arrived. Thank you QVC.

I also received the very same letter.  Thats weird that these were all caught at the same time. Oh well.
