Recovering from knee replacement surgery, so not doing much but trying to stand up long enough to make my sweet potato casserole that's a family favorite.

@tansy I  have, thank you.  I am on the list.  There is one coming up in February but no guarantee it will be for me.

Fingers crossed then for February, @Cakers3.

I was not happy with the apartment that was available but decided I'd better take it. We did have to pass a MOCA test. Fortunately, a higher floor apartment opened up and we were able to switch.

We still look out over the parking lot but not at headlight level.  I see the EMT trucks pulling in and out and when the mail truck has shown up. ☺️

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Kwanzaa begins tomorrow and I hope Hanukkah was filled with peace and blessings.
For those who may not celebrate, celebrate who you are because the good in you makes a difference.

No visit today with DH.😥 Caution regarding new flu version.
Even if he is not all aware just to sit and hold his hand.

Very warm today up to 80's. Then later a cold front by the time I head out for the MRI and other appointments it will be in the 40's in a few days.
