For this day (11-17)  only being 9:15 in the morning--pacific time--I am having to deal with my stupid HP printer that will not print and has several lights flashing that I can't seem to stop--have tried all the tricks--but the #@*&ing thing just will not budge!!! So--dang it--I ordered a new printer--NOT a HP brand--pieces of junk--it's the 2nd one I've had in less than 5 years that has rolled over and refused to do anything!!! I do have a HP pc that is great--- New one will come tomorrow------I would LOVE------to throw the old one onto the concrete parking lot. So---happy xmas to me!!!

Walked fur-baby 3.5 miles today.

Put tollway stickers on windshields of two cars.

Raked leaves:  Still have lawn guy coming but I want to stay on top of things.   Cleaned the parkway, the curb, underneath bushes, etc.  Filled 3 leaf bags and put them out on the driveway as tomorrow is pick up day.

Think I'll have something for lunch now, next put away a few things and later this afternoon watch General Hospital. 

I may slip in a little nap later too!   :-)

Hello to all who post and read ❤️

There will be an early Thanksgiving dinner at the facility. Only 2 people can attend for each resident so Grandson wants to be my +1. 🙂🦃

I'll still be there on Thanksgiving day too.

Still waiting for the brain health center to announce volunteer opportunities but I sent an email anyway just indicating my interest and why. It will depend upon my own medical issues what I can handle but that's ok.

Stopped in to Trader Joe's early this morning and bought a small Christmas cactus. It has a ton of red buds almost with a tinge of pink so it will be nice and full. Sometimes you buy one and not every bud pops up. Bought a few groceries too.

Walked fur baby 4 miles today.

Worked on leaves in backyard.  It rained lightly last night.  A lot of leaves blew into the backyard.   I filled 1 1/2 leaf bags.  I got the bags out before the village came to pick them up.  It looks better - will leave the rest for the lawn guy to clean up on Friday.  

Washed dishes.  Did not really have many to wash, but I can smell a little odor when I stand by the sink, so needed to wash the few I had and clean the sink.

Staying home today:  Don't need to go anywhere today so I'll stay home and keep the car clean!    Tomorrow I will run a few errands.

Its a drizzlingrain day here also  so i decided i needed to do some catch up on laundry today!

Leaves ? i am unable to rake up a acre of them   by using a rake...so i'll let them blow away  when we have some eindy days in the future.

I have decided that the time has come to start using my U-shaped walker  "more"
often as i have lost my balance 2x recently  while bending down to pick something up from the floor!  and  plopping down on the living room carpet.

 I have  several canes to use "but" when i have m. spasms in my feet /legs  like i had this morning  as it was cooler in my living room and the walker helped more   for balance  instead of my cane and while trying to walk the pain away!  sigh!

So today i am going to research finding a snap on bag to put on front of my folding walker...and maybe a tray??
