I am sure they aren't what QGirl 2 said.........my mom was 87 years old when she passed. They would have to be PRETTY old.

I have no idea what they are but I have some exactly the same in box in the basement with some other odds and ends.

They are menstrual cups. They are called Diva cups. Enjoy

I asked my daughter what they were because she used to work at Williams-Sonoma while in grad school. She said they look like Diva Cups to her.

You can google "Diva Cups" and check images to see examples.
