I worked in the HR department of my former company for three years and I find this advice excellent! Be sure to have examples of leadership with results and team work, again with results. Eye contact (even if virtual), good manners, you've got this!

I am so glad I am out of that rat race.  I can't imagine applying online, videos, virtual interviews and the rest of all that nonsense.  Good luck and be careful.  So many fraudsters in the hiring business these days.
