Believe it or not I had a plate a few years ago that said "I LUV QVC". I had it about 3 years or so. Then I started having a bunch of problems getting defective items and so I got rid of the plates. I used to get comments from people in a positive way though. Sometimes people would beep at me and give me a thumbs up. It was very interesting. I just have a save the animals plate now. No special wording.

Remember the old "Baby on Board" signs? An old friend of mine used to breed and show "rare breed" dogs (not AKC). She drove a van with a huge sign on the back window "CAUTION: SHOW DOGS ON BOARD." She also had vanity plates on all of her vehicles (she had several). She needed that for some reason.

Some of them are funny though, I will admit.

ARGHHHHHHHH! I would LOVE to have that plate!!!

My state offers all of our own state universities but no out of state.

I am glad to see they offer lots of different universities,

I wonder if I should suggest a panda plate now!!!!

@sidsmom Rather fond of the "Huskers" from Texas plate! We have some of those in Lincoln. Would guess they are children attending UNL like their parents did.

This is my plate. Its not a "vanity" plate.

The Wild Resource Conservation Fund registration plate became available in February 1999. This is the second Wild Resources Conservation Fund Plate and replaces the Saw-Whet Owl Plate which has been retired. Proceeds from this plate support the management of the Commonwealth's unique flora and fauna.
