@sfnative Hi just me here letting you know, I am going through a tough spot, dealing with the pain in my hands and my thumb joint.

I feel like calling my hand surgeon and just tell them to drop it, trying to go through the insurance, if that is even true?

They keep saying "for some reason insurance is not approving it?"

I do not call my hand surgeon, so I just think maybe I get my paper work to the bottom and get forgotten about?

My hand surgeon just called me I have my MRI scheduled on Fri the 28th!

Now I am worried about all this! I have not had elective surgery and I am frighten of having it done! I have zero pain tolerance and I am already on a pain med so that being said I probably have built up a tolerance to pain med and so what they give me might not work, just thinking out loud here.

I cancelled my surgery in the past, I had a anxiety attack during my pre op visit and was actually crying in the exam room.

I promised myself, I will go through it this time!

Feeling a bit embarrassed carry on about myself.

My mother would say "Beave" quite being such a baby"

I have been with my mother through, bladder cancer surgery, cataract surgery's, (carotid artery surgery twice).

She never ever complained!

She was very protective and nurturing to me and vice versa.

I miss her so very much.

I am grateful to be able to have one of the very best hand surgeon.

I will not go on about myself, like I did.

I will be a little trooper just like my mother, and will always remember her loving kindness and her strengths and her words of wisdom...
