For me to ignore is pretty simple. One has to do something to activate seeing a post. Without that activation, how does a person know who posts what in a thread?

 

Maybe you are talking ignore a specific poster/postee. Again pretty simple do not read them.

I agree @hckynutjohn it's not that difficult just ignore. I would not lose sleep over any poster on this board.

I get how that "ignore" button might make some feel better, but!  Just not something I would likely use.
