After a very long wait at the ER, xrays were done, and it was discovered that my little niece swallowed two earth magnets, not just one. They were stuck together, which was a good thing, but the hospital in Olympia didnt think they could handle the procedure, they sent them to Mary Bridge Childrens hospital in Tacoma. There, they talked with a specialist who took more xrays and said that he feels that they should pass on their own. She has been given a laxative to help get her cleaned out, hoping the magnets will pass before Friday is over. This started at 4pm, it's now, 11pm Pacific time. So a long wait, but i am receiving this as good news. I was afraid she'd have to have surgery.

Thank you everyone for your prayers, kind words, good thoughts and all of your sweet replies, they are very appreciated. Hopefully now we all can get some sleep.

Thank you for the update. I was thinking about her this morning when I woke up.  Glad to hear she won’t need surgery (if all goes as planned).

Yeah, kids do that sort of thing.  The children's hospital near me used to have yearly display here they showed the stuff that kids swallow....you wouldn't believe it.  It will probably pass, if not they'll most likely remove it with a scope.
