Update on cemetery situation

I saw a similar story on a local TV news so I sent them an e mail about our siutuation. I received one back telling me that the same company owns the one they did the story on and they were going to be including ALL the cemeteries they own in their ultimate report. They had received many complaints from folks all over the city about all the cemeteries this company owned. They were supposed to have a camera crew at our cemetery today so we went there and - WHOA - it was pristine. Not a blade of grass out of place. The producer from the TV show said this is usually what happens - as soon as they know he is coming they hire on staff and clean it all up. He asked one of the workers how long he has been working there and he said about a week. The producer said all he has to do now is call them about once a month for the remainder of the summer and ask to schedule a camera crew to visit and it should totally take care of the problem. Meanwhile , myself and hundreds of other people did send in Photographs with our original letter and he said he will still be doing a report and those pictures will be included in that report, but he would have to include that they did  ultimately get it all cleaned up.

Re: Update on cemetery situation

I'm so glad to read this update. The people buried there deserve better than what they were getting. Great job!

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
