the state of utah has some strange reasoning for pullinga dl.

 

if  hey ever pull mine, i will;drive without it. they tried to take my mom's  because she used a walker.  i do agree that at some point people need to give up theier dl, but i will make that decision not the state.

 

 i am sick and tired of this sate making all these rules just to collect money
