How did the woman conceive, with a baster or the usual way? He was stupid, but should win the appeal. Odds are he won't, since there were no legal papers.

The article didn't state how, but he did answer their ad on Craigs List. All three parties signed a contract saying he wouldn't be financially responsible.
I remember when husbands of women who cheated and had babies by other men, had to pay child support too.

The ladies solicited on Craigs List.
Unfair but EEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!
Both sides sound like idiots. The women for soliciting for swimmers on Craigslist and the guy for doing it!

Apparently one of the mothers fell on hard times and sought aid from the state and they asked about the paternity of the child and was given the man's name.
The ladies found the bio dad through a Craigs list ad.
In my opinion the bio Dad should win his appeal. What do you think?
I agree with you.

I can only hope the biological father wins his appeal.
The stupid woman should have said father unkown. This may cause a problem for any men who will donate sperm in the future. She made a bad call.

He will lose his appeal. I also suspect the contract that was drawn up is not worth much either.........

I forgot who mentioned it on this thread but was absolutely correct in the fact the judge doesn't recognise the ex partner of the bio mother as a legal parent. Meanwhile the bio Dad has to pay, SMH.

It's unfair...but it's stupid to not check the laws in your state before doing something like that.
