Unable to Open QVC App

I am not a techie so I can't figure out why suddenly unable to open the Q site with the app. I get a message "error 404 not found." I've checked Settings & nothing obvious there. Anyone else having this issue?

I like using the QVC app, but I don't have the greatest Wi-Fi.  My signal isn't always really steadily strong.

 

Getting this app to open has been slow and balky at best, ever since they 'upgraded' the app so it opens to live streaming tv broadcast right on the homepage.  Sometimes it just refuses to open.

 

@Cruzzing, I get best results if I take my tablet and stand where the signal is most potent (I'm not kidding) while the app opens.

After the app opens I can go sit with my tablet and not lose the signal.

Hi @Cruzzing, I am sorry you are having difficulty with the app. Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app, that often works.
