With CS on HSN.  No issues with her service BUT nothing makes me more grossed out than listening to someone with a stuffy runny nose and they just keep sniffing and hacking in the receiver.  I would have at least put the mute button on their end.  Ewwwwwwwww.

Really? Nothing?  Sniffling and hacking may be unmannerly and unpleasant but I can think of a whole lot of other stuff that grosses me out.

@Trailrun23.  Call center workers are assigned their own private  headsets and work in a "booth".   They have minimal contact 

with other workers, much less than office workers do.
