UVA Murder Case Ruling

Has anyone else been following the UVA murder case? If so, what did you think of the verdict?-- The jury found George Huguely V, guilty of second-degree murder.

I think this guy is a total monster but I think they came to a just and fair ruling with second-degree. I don't think it was premeditated but I do think that he knew he beat her to almost death and took the laptop. If he were sober that woulk=d be a completley different story. Very, very sad.
