Same here but I live rurally.  We've had this happen in the past. Kickin' myself for not taking it to the post office.

We didn't even get a card much less a bag even though Informed Delivery show a picture of it yesterday. There isn't a bag to be found in our neighborhood plus it's 12:30 and 92 degrees. Food won't be good since the mailman doesn't come until 3:00.

@catter70 All the products you listed should be fine without refrigeration.  None are sold from refrigerated sites in the markets and I never give any space in my refrig until I open them.  

In my mother's house, I don't remember any of the products were stored in the refrigerator even after they were opened.

I was peeved because ours didn't pick up either!  What's with that?  I'm going to complain next week.  If they aren't going to pick up, stop asking people to donate.

Three bags was a lot.  Perhaps he thought it be your groceries.  He didn't want to risk it.  We're in a condo, residents left our bags at the mailboxes.  I don't know if the regular mail carrier picked them up or if they sent another truck.

My bag was picked up when my mail was delivered . Wonder what happened in your case . Maybe either call or drop bags at post office , if able .

 I send a monetary donation to the food bank monthly - it's easier for me.  The mail delivery person always picked up my food bags when I chose to donate that way.  However, the Rotary Club missed me twice.  That's when I stopped filling a bag.
