My nephew was in several. When he was 10 he was running with his best friend. His friend fell and dan helped him up and ran with him to the finishing line. When they got to the finishing line he held back so his friend would win. The judges were so impressed that they both won silver metals. One of the judges told him that he had a heart of gold.
