his now wife would not press charges.....

there are a lot of mixed feelings both inside and outside of baltimore as to what should eventually happen to ray rice, but i have a hard time believing that the league is going to ban him permanently.

there are a lot of players who have been in trouble for domestic violence and now hopefully the league and the players are going to sit up and take notice that this type of behavior will not be tolerated.

OP..... i am curious as to why you just put the name ray rice in the title of the thread?

I haven't seen the video but, from what I've read elsewhere, it sounds positively horrific.

Please tell me he's not related to my favorite athlete, Jerry Rice.

A real man does not knock around a woman. I've been on the bad side of that, in the way past, and it's just wrong on every level. How do most average women defend themselves against that? Men are bigger and stronger, as a general rule.
