I have spent the last 2 hours trying to order several hundred dollars of stuff from HSN to no avail. I tried to order online and the order showed the right ship to...until they sent me the confirmation by email and there was a different ship to address in the order. I tried calling CS and it is a 2 hour wait. They will call back, but my phone automatically blocks calls from 800 numbers (to avoid some of those telemarketing calls). I cancelled the order online and re-entered it and it happened AGAIN. I used "chat" but all they could do is cancel the order - the could not change to the correct address (my default ship to & my billing address). I tried calling CS and a recording told me I had 2 accounts with HSN (I should not have 2 accounts) and I would have to talk with a CS person....in approximately 2 hours. What a mess this whole place is since QVC took over. This on top of my main credit card having bogus charges (not from HSN or QVC) today causing cancellation of that card & waiting for a new one. That is a lot of hassle in one day (not all QVC/HSN's fault). Thanks again for letting me vent. Tomorrow is a new day.

@Havarti QVC did NOT "take over" HSN. They are owned by the same company. Just so you know.

I am sorry you are having such a tough time, but hope you feel better after getting it off your chest. Sometimes we just need someone to "talk" to. 😊

There you go making snarky assumptions again. This was not holiday shopping - they were items for myself that were either newly available or at a special price. Read my footnote...it applies. That's all...I am done responding to you.
