I am happy to report that I finally got through to CS and the nicest lady helped me in many ways to get things sorted out and resolved. She also took my order and now all is well. To the kind people who listened and understood - thank you. To the others...I have nothing.

Just incidentally, QVC does indeed own HSN lock, stock and barrel. Per an SEC filing:
On December 31, 2018, Qurate Retail transferred its100% ownership interest in HSN to QVC, Inc. through a transaction among entities under common control. References throughout this quarterly report to “QVC” refer to QVC, Inc., which includes HSN, QVC US and QVC International.

Stuff happens. This is why I do not wait until the last minute to make purchases like that. And I would call 12/7, the last minute. We send presents to my husband's family in ME. I do it right after Thanksgiving. In my mind, I'm always thinking "in case something bad happens"; I will have time to get it resolved. This is the worst time for CS calls for all retailers, that shouldn't surprise you. I do hope you get things resolved.

Did you read her posts? These weren't last minute Christmas presents. She was trying to place a regular order and there were account and address problems. She was trying to reach someone to clarify and learned there was a two hour wait time to speak to a representative.

@Havarti I am happy to hear you have gotten this issue resolved. If they told me I had two accounts and different addresses when I shouldn't, my blood pressure would have gone up for sure. I would be very concerned about getting that resolved.
