Drivers who sit at a red, then the light turns green, and only then do they signal. Drivers who feel the need to switch back and forth switching lanes because they feel one car length really makes a difference when there is a traffic jam. Cell phones, of course! P.S. to the poster who hates people who stop for yellow lights, it's illegal to run yellow lights. Law says you must stop for yellow lights unless it's unsafe to do so.

Mine is when there are two turn lanes and the car next to me turns into my lane (rather than staying in their own lane) and cuts me off.

People who enter the highway at full speed and cut me off. I have to slam on the brakes because there are cars in the left lane and I chose not to rear end the nitwit that cut in. It boggles my mind. The yield sign on the highway entrance isn't meant for me!! It's for those getting on.

We have a lot of single-car accidents around here.............

People who leave their turn signals on, sometimes for miles.
People who drive with their high beams on.
People who drive really slow, but when I go to pass them, they speed up.
The obvious high risk drivers who speed, tailgate, and weave in and out of lanes.
People who wait to the last second to merge.
People who let ALL the cars out of a parking lot while everyone on the road behind them waits and misses several green light cycles. I usually let one, maybe two cars exit the lot, but then I'm on my way.

Many of you have already listed some of mine, so I'll add:
People who WON'T use turn signals and from oncoming traffic cut across in front of you.
When shadows are long and they drive a white/black/grey/neutral car and they're too cheap to turn on their lights. They're hard to see.
Drivers below the speed limit who stay in the left lane.

Drivers talking on a cell phone who then proceed to rear end you. This happened to me and as soon as I felt the impact, I looked in my rear view mirror and the girl was still yakking away, seemingly oblivious that her idiocy had just caused a wreck.
She then totally lied to the police denying she was on the phone. I couldn't believe she would tell a bold face lie when we both knew what happened. Oh, well, as we all know, she had to pay for the damages so I hope she learned a lesson. My neck and back didn't fare so well.
P.S. I was at a dead stop at a red light and had been there for a while, so it wasn't one of those slamming on the brakes type thing causing the person behind you to not be able to stop in time.

Lots of them that would take me hours to type. The simplest one to solve?. People that don't seem to know what it is, and/or how simple it is to use. It is that handle(lever if you prefer) on the left side of most steering wheels.
When you push it up, it signals a Right Turn. Push or Pull it down it signals a Left Turn.

SO RIGHT ON, @butterfly123
AND also at twilight, when using windshield wipers......

Yes, the left turners who don't pay attention and keep others from getting out. Happened to me three times yesterday alone.
Phone users. You're not that special or important so pull over.
Left-lane hoggers.
As for the nuts speeding up at a lane closure, let me tell you what happened yesterday. We went to the mountains, and since they're pouring new cement sections on 985, it went down to one lane. People were zooming by, and then a smaller truck pulled into the other lane to block them. Sadly, I had to let someone in who became a left-lane hogger once we got past the road work. When I passed the truck, I stuck my hand out and waved.
