Ok thanks everyone for all of your input...I guess I get caught up in the sales pitch and the models usually look good so I am drawn in.I will have to start mall shopping again...just needed Someone to talk some sense to me.The returns and the cost to return should be reason enough for me to stop,not the dreaded letter.

Let QVC cancel your Account. Use the same Account with a different Credit Card beats their system. I'm on my third card.

Are you saying that as long as you switch to a different credit card each time, that you can keep ordering even if you got the letter ?
