I have to agree with you. Even when things fit "okay"...and I keep them, I feel like if I had tried them on in a store, I wouldn't have purchased them.
But then there are some random times when I get something that is absolutely perfect, and it keeps me coming back!

DEX, if you have a high instep, DO NOT buy shoes online anywhere ..... you need to try them on in a B&M store. ![]()

If you are worried about getting a return letter I would ask yourself how much of your time and money are you wasting by returning and sending stuff back instead of just going to a regular store

On 5/29/2014 dex said: Ok now they have women with control tsv and I want to get them but I need to get an idea for size.both Colleen and Renai are both wearing xxs and Monica wears xs...go figure cause Monica looks smaller than Renai so that just confuses me .....better just forget about it.
Renee always wears an xxs, and it seems like they always are tight on her.

I only order online from places that I know the size I take and if there are any issues etc..then I can return it to physical store location.
Too many options out there to keep something that doesn't work 100%..
Some places/styles just don't work for me and this may be one place that doesn't work for you. Just imagine the money spent on S&H that could of been put to better use lol..

I would give up shopping at Q for their fashion & hit the brick & mortar stores. Between their high pricing, shipping & return fees you would be a lot better off.

Huh? If it isn't working for you, why in the world do you want to keep trying. Shopping channels don't work for everyone. There's nothing wrong with that. Returning things can't be much fun. There's no mystery in it and it isn't hard at all. Size charts. You must use the side chart for every item you buy. Also, forget about what size you think you wear. Often shopping channel newbies go wrong because they they have it in their heads that they wear a size 10 and if the size chart says differently, they buy a size 10 anyway. Also, you really have to understand your own body. You have to be honest about it. No one has a perfect body and no one can wear every single style that comes out. Yeah, sure. If I wanted to I could complain about inconsistent sizing because I can't seem to find a QVC pant that consistently works well for me. I've gone up a size, I've gone down a size. No luck. It's not QVC sizing. It's my body. Slim leg pants don't look good on me. Period. I can fiddle with sizes all I want. That's not going slim down my thighs. I do better buying pants from b&m stores where I can try them on. Shoes can be a problem too. I'm fine with sandals. I'm fine with mules. I can buy boots online. I cannot buy pumps online or from catalogs. I have to try them on to get a proper fit.
