Todays heater TSV

We have the last years heater. I looked it up. We payed 89 dollars last year. OK this is bigger in inches, but not much. It says 1500W. The one we have is 750 TO 1500W so same thing. So now this is 50 bucks more for a few inches and a timer? I can see 10 bucks, 20, but 50??? I was thinking of getting the blue but forget it. Im not paying 50 bucks more! lol. I like the ambiance of the heater. Otherwise our gas heat is our cheapest bill, our electric bill is HIGHER. Maybe if you have oil heat its worth it.
