We saw a black vulture eating someone's trash. A baby possum in front of someone's home. My girls met a boy frenchie. We saw a squirrel who had some amazing dance moves. My husband lost his phone. Some days are ordinary and others are full of surprises. My husband did find his phone right where he dropped it in perfect shape.

That sounds like a pretty adventurous walk, @Lali1 !   Interesting animal sightings, and a straying phone that, very luckily, was retrieved.

Your mention of the vulture reminded me--  when we were out the other day, hubby pointed out to me a bald eagle swooping down close to us.  I realized I've probably never seen one, ever before, in real life!   At least not that I can remember.  He was majestic.

@Oznell   A few years ago I was walking into a restaurant and saw an eagle flying overhead.  Everyone had stopped walking and was watching the eagle.  It was amazing.  Majestic is a good word for it.

I love interesting walks.  Last spring I saw a baby turtle the size of a half dollar on the sidewalk and he was quite a trek from the pond.  I told him he was going the wrong way, picked him up and placed him near the pond.
