What a nice post even though it's Day 2 (just saw it) 

Today I am thankful for good doctor checkup for spouse

and 

Wonderful friends who I had for lunch and cards today.  It's always a good day when you can laugh and have a good lunch🙂

I love the positivity of this thread.

Day 2 for me. I am thankful for my family and good friends. 

I am going to start a spreadsheet and record what I list each day to be looked at a later date.

I am thankful that God has given my husband and child(ren) one more day for me to love them, thankful that He has given me one more day to let them know I love them.  Blessed Beyond.

I'm thankful that my brother will see a doctor today (new) closer to his new apt.  We're still trying to find the right meds for his blood pressure.  That's what gave him his stroke to begin with, so I've been kind of nervous.  But today's the day, for my (our) hopes to maybe get him on the right track.
