None. It blinked three times today (while holding my breath) and it came back on within a couple of minutes. Tonight is also a test......but, I think we've made it through the worse today. There have been thousands in the Augusta, GA area without and around my area close to Augusta, but our neighborhood has survived so far even though there is ice on the trees, ground and it just now started sleeting again.

Is anyone in or near Atlanta that can tell me just how bad it is, and how long it's supposed to last? I can get the national weather, but it doesn't give much specifics. The pics I've seen on the news look bad. The reason I ask, I have a friend that is stuck tonight in Houston at the airport. Was supposed to get a connecting flight to Atlanta to be in a friend's wedding on Friday. He says so many flights are cancelled and all the hotels around the airport are booked up, he's sleeping in the airport. He is supposed to have a morning flight but he isn't holding his breath. I find it so sad for the couple that planned their wedding for Valentine's Day. I bet they never expected a freezing snow and ice storm to move through Atlanta. Hope their guests are able to get there safely and they can make the best of it.
