Thank you MickD. I have kept contact with her on the phone. She is literally 4 miles from her house but it will probably take her to 7 or 8 to get home she said. She has been in the car for hours. She should be fine but I am just worried because if she does have a problem with her gall bladder she is stuck on the beltline and it would be very difficult for an ambulance to get to her.

You are a mom and you should be worried. You are about to be a grandma .... I would be nuts. She will be ok and yes you will be nuts till she gets home. That's what we do and you do it well.
