Never ever let your gas tank get less than 1/4 tank -Thanks Dad!!! I have never ran out of gas thanks to this wise tip.

@deb5555, living in snow country, I was told to fill up at half a tank in case I got stuck in a drift and needed gas to stay warm before being rescued.
