If delivery is by the furniture store employees, no tip. If the delivery is by independent contractors or others, then I'd tip.

If it's a quick delivery--in and out--nothing. If they take boxes, set up the furniture, etc. $5 each.

I would not tip. It's their job and I'm sure they get paid well enough. Tipping is out of control. Everyone expects a tip. Even the people at Subway now expect a tip.

After reading all the replies,I would tip. $20.00.

That's purely speculation on your part.
DD works for Door-Dash and they are paid $2.50-$2.75 depending on peak times vs. not peak, per trip + customer's tip.
I'm amazed at how many times the customer gives -0- tip, making that same assumption that you make here.
She's out running around in triple digit temps w/awful humidity, high fuel costs, while they sit in their nice A/C, waiting for their orders to come to their door.....that doesn't deserve a tip?
It does in my book!

I tip for all in home deliveries usually between
$10 - $20 per delivery person depending on what they do. If connecting and demonstrating new appliances and removing old ones I go high.
For the 2 pieces being delivered today it would most likely be 2 people and 2 trips as most furniture takes two people. I would most likely would go $15 each.
Grocery delivery usually 15%-20%, especially in Texas heat and delivering heavy cases of water or diet coke. I also tip for food delivered through Door Dash etc.
I appreciate those that make life easier for me.

Raymour and Flannigan does deliver their own furniture, it's not contracted out to another service.
I agree with what someone else said about tipping being out of control.

I feel that being kind is always in style. And so I tip. I don't get more complicated than that.
If I couldn't afford it I wouldn't.
