"Our" baby will be born in mid-May, and will also begin surgeries as soon as his doctors deem advisable.

Can't wait to pinch his cheeks, hug him, and rock him to sleep.

With you all in spirit, Ladies! Every small victory is a joy!

Violann our grandson was diagnosed in utero with his heart defect and it sounds like you little angel has been also. My best wishes and hopes to you. It will be tough but it has changed me in a good way. I better know whats important now. Again, best wishes and hopes for your little one.

Writing this with tears in my eyes @NeNe1010. What you say is SO TRUE! This young fellow has brought so much love into our lives already that I often tell people he is already paying his bill!

Here's my latest update.  My little granddaughters, who came into this world the 3rd week of March, will likely be sent home from the hospital in another week...in time for Mother's Day!

They now weigh about 4.75 pounds, each!  They're breathing and feeding well most of the time...they just want to be sure all is 100% well before they release them.
