Here where I live in NE In in the late spring and summer it gets dark about 945. I love it. We could probably be on central time but I like being on eastern.  I love the longer days when it’s warm. Gives you so much more daylight to do things outside. And it helps tremendously when you have a disability. It really helps your entire mood and energy.

@Junebug54  Michigan. In the northern tier of states ,the way the sun is postioned during the winter months, cuts down on our daylight. Dec was a month ,when we really had a lot of darkness and little kids had to walk to school ,and bus stops in total blackness

I really don’t care one way or the other; please just keep it without changing it.  I personally am one of those who has sleep deprivation as it is much less going forward or backwards...for what???

Several times our state legislature has had bills introduced extending DST to all year, but something more important has over-shadowed it.  I'd love to be on it all year.

I live in Arizona and almost the entire state (minus Navajo nation) is always on standard mountain time.  Our only problem are adjoining states .CA is an hour earlier during daylight savings and NM is an hr later during daylight savings time but both states are on same time as we are for part of the year.  Everyone should stick to standard time all of the time!

Florida is going to pass Daylight Savings Time.  Put it on one time and leave it.  A lot of states have permanent DST.  Hawaii being one of them.

I have great-grandchildren.  It is a no win situation.

I love it.  I am looking forward to more daylight.  It does take a little time for me to adjust but it's worth it for me.

In my state we don’t spring forward or fall back. We stay on standard time year-round. The gradual change is nice and doesn’t shock the body clock!

Time is just a drop in the bucket compared to eternity. It isn’t how long you live that matters; it is how well you are prepared to die. ~~Colonel Robert B. Thieme, Jr.
