TWC is the major provider in our region and they are inconsistent in service. Ugh!

Our only cable choice is TWC.  Or we have to go with DirectTV or Dish.

I really wish they would let us do something a la carte and pick and pay for only the channels we actually want.  But I have to wonder how cost effective that would actually be.  There are so many channels we don't ever watch.

I lose service about once a month or more!  Cable and Internet out!  I call and complain....their answer...there is a disturbance in your area; our technicians are working on it! Cable guy told me that the cable wires/cords  are very old in this area...

I hope that service gets gets better for all the former TWC customers, as Charter (also called Spectrum now, I guess) takes over.

We've had Charter for decades and, while nothing is perfect, it's been pretty decent to good over the years.

It's also not as expensive as many others.   Right now I have tv (all the cable channels and Premium cable channels), landline, and internet for $194 a month.
