I agree whole heartedly with that. Hope the Judge doesn't want them to go home and come back on Monday....... Let them stay and end it this evening. And if they have the weekend ahead of them, no telling what Jodi and her legal team will think of doing on Monday if they do have to return them.
I am hoping for the DP in her case.....Normally I wouldn't, but this is one case where I do hope it will be that....... Would hate the thought of her being eligible for release in 25 years.
What I wish, was that they had a hybrid sentence for 1st degree/aggravation that was lwop, but without all the privileges in prison-- no classes, games, arts and crafts, pajama party atmosphere. Save this things for people that can be rehab'd and released. No torture, but no vacation either.
I don't think she'll get the dp, but I hope they keep her locked up and away from others. She is a devil woman and manipulates people better that anyone. She is pure evil.

I feel that the sooner they return with a verdict, the more likely it will be life. I can't imagine sentencing someone to death without some lengthy deliberation.
I don't know the percentage, but JM's batting average is pretty high. He got the DP for the last two cases (at least) that he tried. Wendy Andriano was one of them. You can google her.
