Thought on the Arias case

I doubt any of my thoughts on this will be original - but it's new to me!

I have started to pay some attention this last week. Last night, I saw a special on the case on CNN.

They were showing some of the text messages and recorded seks conversations.

My thought on how they were trying to use them to show abuse or whatever. I watched this, and this hit me. All of that was perfectly fine and consensual to her. Maybe not EVERY word, but mostly! This was part of their intimate relationship, and mutually satisfying. It was banter between lovers, NOT abuse. Every one of his fantasies, thoughts, words was just part of the relationship. She kept coming back for it because she liked it.

I am not saying this thought is original, but it really struck me as totally disingenuous (like a lot of what she says) on the part of her attorneys (wow, that's a new one).

I also saw pictures of the body for the first time. Oh, what a terrible slaughter. Reminds me of OJ Simpson and the brutality of the stabbings in that crime. It was pure rage.
