@Kachina624 0%????? Talk about the other end of the spectrum! I would imagine your skin feels as dry as the desert, while here we are blotting the moisture from our skin all day long...

@sunshine45 I just mentioned blotting the skin all day. I cannot use any moisturizers on my face in the humid summers. It just slides off.

Once my sister and I, and her friend and the boyfriend, went across country and at one point we were at the four corners. In Arizona it was 110 degrees from what I remember. It was hot but it wasn't bad!
I think the humidity is so unbearable. I went outside for a few minutes today and I was soaked when I came in. Just awful.
I will be so happy when cool weather comes. Winter is my favorite and next fall.
You are not normal. You know that right?![]()

😂😂😂😆omg that's hysterical!!!! yeah well my friends and I always had a slogan
"why be normal." And yes it's odd but my husband sits right out there with me - another heat lover.

Yesterday it was so hot and humid here it was disgusting. I'm right outside of Pittsburgh. We have a pool and it was so bad outside I wouldn't even get in the pool! Today my daughter and a friend and I got in for about three hours. Hot and humid again today but at least you could breathe. The next three days are supposed to be pretty oppressive. Low to mid 90's. We've had quite a summer here. Either hot or wet or hot and wet.LOL
Everyone stay cool and hydrated!🌞❤

I can take hot weather, but not dripping humidity. I myself can't function well. I was in Florida a couple times, and couldn't bear it. The AC was going everywhere, but I was still damp warm, and skin dripping. Hair wet and frizzy.!!! I couldn't find respite very well. Even in hotel room nice and cool, it was so damp.I was in a cab and mentioned to driver I wasn't used to humidity. He said he didn't think it was humid, it was fine. But he said, "it does get really humid sometimes". , lol lol. So I guess it's a matter of perspective. Lol

@bmorechick. Everything dries out; skin, lips, furniture, bread, etc. We make up for it when we turn on our evaporative coolers which put moisture into the air in the house.

My sliding doors at my Florida condo look this way frequently. I just wipe them down with a mop. Doesn't bother me at all!

I just spent a week in Northern Idaho, outside a lot. Walked out of the Philly airport a few hours ago, and could barely breathe! This was about 2 a.m. I will be adjusting to more than time tomorrow.
