Thank you to the OP. It's always good to get phishing info out there.

 

As far as the national business or organization being totally responsible for stopping all phishing using its name, or those who are online daily expecting a government or company Big Brother to protect them from any and all harm and taking no responsibility for themselves - really? 

 

If there's one single aspect of society which has changed drastically during my lifetime that often has me gritting my teeth, it's the whole "It's not me, it's the company, the other guy, it's whoever/whatever, but never MY responsibility to look out for myself" atttude that is pretty much standard these days.  It's the "coffee needs a warning because it's hot" thing that has ballooned to cover every conceivable less-than-perfect outcome re: anything. It's why the rest of the world laughs at the US for being sue-happy. No one is supposed to need to adult any more. It will never describe me.
