Especially when they assume women aren't doing the right thing.
I like the strong movement of women supporting and mentoring each other and younger females. Men have always done that.
Why would you say distancing themselves rather than empowering them. If you want a promotion you go after it, if you want a raise you go after it, if you want harassment to stop you stop it.
Sorry you missed my entire point. I wonder why you call women "they" instead of us or just women. And why you lecture women, telling women what to do in a condescending way, as if you weren't part of the group.
My comments were in no way condesending. If you want to lump all women into one group I have to assume you are doing the same with all men. Guess I don't see it as an us against them world, rather one of mutual respect.

@CrazyDaisy, that's an excellent goal. But when there is such a disconnect between what many men say and do in public and what they say and do in private, I'm not sure how we go about attaining that goal.
I think that those who exhibit such blatant disrespect for women should face the consequences -- and I mean all of them, from the bottom of the ladder to the very top.

Yes, your comments were condescending, you assume women need your orders to be responsible for themselves. I don’t lump women together and nowhere did I say that. I do think you need to step into the 21st century, you don’t seem to know much about modern working women.

I cannot control what you want to believe my intent is. I do know what it is.
Why must you continually tear down my comments and my character? You may not agree with my opinion and that is ok Is this part of your supporting each other policy or only those who you agree with?

Oh please, you just told me I don’t respect men. You pulled that out of thin air. You are always insulting and then play the victim. Stay with the subject for a change if you can.

Please show me exactly where i said that you do not respect men.
I am not a victim, just asking a question concerning your continued negative comnents directed at my character etc.

See your paragraph above. You brought men in as a weapon for no reason. I don’t like it when people make things up like that. Try discussing the subject at hand if possible.

There was NO BUTTON "hooked up" in his office, under his desk. It's what they used to install in old buildings. Had to clear that fact up.
