You're kidding me right? Uh, no... and you shouldn't take it personally. There is a womanwho's body is facing forward (accounts for 2 hands). The seated woman has her face buried in the chest of the standing woman who hugged her (accounts for 2 hands).
It appeared that the woman had 4 hands and was holding a pomeranian (the hair of the woman on the right). Thank you for your description.
ETA a period.

The homeless lady has her right hand grasping the other lady's right forearm & her left hand is at her own left shoulder, under the other lady's 2 hands. They are not hugging face to face. The homeless lady is sidways, with her right side against the other lady.

Thank you for posting about this moving story. If I can roughly quote from The Good Book, I believe Jesus said, "For whatever you do to the least of my brothers, that you do onto Me." I wonder how many folks who turn away from someone in trouble live with themselves.

If that was me it wouldn't have been enough to buy her 1 meal. Where will she sleep and what will she eat tomorrow and the day after. Where are her relatives? I wouldn't be able to walk away and leave her to fend for herself. Does she know where a homeless shelter is? You have to commit yourself 100% and not just apply a temporary bandaid. If that was me, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night not knowing the answers to any of those questions. Hopefully, that woman felt the same way.

"Whatsoever you do t the least of my brethren, you do unto me" I think this quote is from the Bible. I heard this when I was a child, don't know from where of who told it to me, but it is a quote I always remembered.
