The Versatile Potato

I was just thinking how versatile potatoes are, and how many different condiments we use, depending on the style of potato we cook.

French Fries - Ketchup

Potato Knish - Mustard

Baked Potato - Butter, sour cream, chives

Mashed potatoes - Butter, milk, cream, sour cream

Potato salad - Mayonnaise

Potato Chips - Sour cream dip, salsa

What other types of potatoes do you eat, and what do you put on them?
