Aunt G, think of the hearts as a way to tell a poster you like their post..if you do, you can give them a "heart" just by presssing that button

It seems that the long term faithful customers, their base, are aging, retiring and the Q needs to replace them with new younger customers. However, it seems they neglected to realize that the replacements they seek may well be related to the old standbys so if the standbys become disenchanted, and if the BB is an indication they have, they won't be recommending the Q.

I haven't read anything about the reason for the new not so improved forum, maybe I missed the explanation.

O R, the Q is just modernizing their site. They're not trying to get rid of customers, this board is almost identical to the one at HSN. Why are you taking this change so personally?
