A sonic face roller that fell apart when I was using it. Could not get that screw back in

 

A set of socks marketed as having no loose strings (we figured out how to avoid them!) but arrived with so many visible loose strings and snags that I never even tried them on

I returned a coat to Land's End that didn't fit me and I returned something I bought as a Christmas gift to Uncommon Goods.

 

Both items were taken to my local USPS using the provided return label. I dropped them off on December 30.  I rec'd an e-mail from both companies that my return was on the way however as of today, both packages are still sitting in a USPS hub and have been since January 5th so I've not rec'd a refund for anything.
