To everyone for your kindness to my wife and myself. So many here understand from their own personal experiences, the effects losing one of your long time furry friends, does to us humans.

I don't know any other words other than to say, Thank You, to everyone on these forums for kindness. Knowing others care and understand makes these losses much more bearable.

I didn't see your post about losing one of your precious furry ones, but just wanted to add my condolences.   I understand all too well the pain it causes.  They are all beloved members of our families.

@hckynut  I agree with @qvcfreak.  No thanks is needed as we have all been there.  I am still mourning my beautiful Darcy and it has been 2.5 years and I miss her every day.  It just takes time.  They are always with us in our hearts.

There is an artist on FB that draws pictures of pets with wings.  In the most current one, there is a depiction of two dogs sitting on a dock.  The living dog tells the angel dog that they still talk about him and the angel dogs says that he knows.  I think that says it all.

Our furry friends are like our children and when they pass it breaks our hearts.  I understand what you and your wife are feeling, please accept my deepest sympathy for you loss.
