@hckynutjohn - Every animal lover on these forums knows the pain of losing a beloved member of the family.  It's the price we pay for the love given and received in return.

You and Cindy have certainly had enough on your plate in the past year, but you still show unconditional love and care for your feline family.

A blessed New Year to you both.  And I agree - I still believe that most people are good and want to help others.  I believe the good and caring people are always in the majority.

You've gone thru several very sad losses this year.  I feel for both of you.  You have gentle souls & have been there for several posters here.  We know the goodness in your hearts and so do your pet kiddos.  Each & everyone of them have been fortunate to know your love for them & thank you.

You have hearts of gold.  Thank you both for being there for them in their time of need.  Blessings & (((comfort hugs) to you both.

@hckynutjohn I am so very very sorry for loss of your beloved Toby and any of the other furry family members.  I had my dog Ozzy for 21 years, it is so very hard when they are no longer with us.  I would still "see" Ozzy around the house.  Our fur children fill our hearts with so much peace, joy and love.  They know when we need them and just seem to be there.  My heart breaks for you and your wife.  No matter how long their time with us, it's always too short.  I know my Ozzy will always be in my heart, but boy that part that misses him, that's rough.
