I eliminated the texting on my ancient phone. However, I really have no one to text to anyway.

We disconnect from personal human contact enough in this world as it is with technology. If you can't call me and take the time to let me hear your voice then don't bother. Besides it's bad for your thumbs.

Personally I'd rather pick up the phone and talk to the person than text. Just like writing things out on this board, I think a lot gets lost in the translation of texting because it's all just words on a screen.
