Tropical Beryl is expected to strengthen to a Cat 1 hurricane and possible Cat 2 Hurricane at landfall. This will be the first USA landfall hurricane for the season.

 

Hoping winds will calm down and that there will be minimal inland flooding.

I was all prepared but it moved upwards so we will be getting some rain and low winds, nothing serious for us.

We have a lot of family on the Texas coast who are dealing with lots of damage and some flooding; I hope everyone who is still in the path of the remnants of Beryl are safe and are spared any damage. Beryl is making its way all the way up to Michigan by the end of the week.
